Minimum Order Requirements

Volume Orders
We offer Special Pricing for large orders. Please see the Details page of each product for specific quantity pricing.

Please note: During your initial shopping, our system will allow you to add 500 pieces to your Shopping Cart. While you are viewing your Shopping Cart, you may change the quantity beyond 500 pieces, in the space provided, and then click "Update".

We offer screen printing on orders of 100 bags or more. We can screen print logos up to 6 colors. Customization orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. In Stock Inventory
We keep our warehouse inventory fully stocked to accommodate our customers and provide same day shipments. Being that we manufacture, import and distribute our own products, we cut out the costly "middle-man" out and provide our valued customers with the best possible savings. We also carry a few items that are made by our manufacturing partners to provide a diverse selection of goods.

If you are not satisfied, you may return any order to us for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

Payment Methods
We accept most credit cards, personal or company checks, and PayPal for payment of your order. If paying by check, please send it to 809 Olive Ave. Long Beach, CA 90813 and note your Order id # on the check. Orders will be shipped upon check clearance of 5-10 business days.

Shipping and Delivery Time
Hawaii and Alaska will incur a discounted shipping charge that will be displayed after your shipping address is submitted during the Check Out process. We will ship your order the same or next business day of the order placement, Monday through Friday. We ship UPS Ground delivery method unless otherwise indicated in your shipping options. If you have any special shipping needs, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to accommodate. Please be advised that during the end of year holidays, shipping times may be delayed by a day or two. We always make every effort to ship your order as speedy as possible.

Canadian shipments are carried via UPS Standard delivery arriving in approximately 5-7 business days, pending Customs clearance. The shipping cost of your particular order going to a Canadian delivery address will be displayed after the shipping address is submitted. Canadian shipment recipients are responsible for Customs duties, taxes and any applicable broker fees per Canadian Customs import guidelines, upon delivery.

Back Ordered Items
Due to the overwhelming popularity of our bags, a product may be placed on Backorder until additional inventory is received. If an item is on backorder, we will notate the product's Details page of the backorder and restocking date. Backorders will be filled as soon as product is restocked and a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. If you have questions about your backordered item, please Contact Us.

Change or Cancel Order
We do our best to ship all orders the same day that the order is received. If you would like to change or add items to your order, please call us immediately at Contact Us. We will try to accommodate your request to modify an order before the order is shipped out. If the order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, you may return your items once you have received them. If you would like to cancel an order, please note our Return Policy.

Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number. Please keep the tracking number to reference the status of your shipment. If you do not receive your shipment within a reasonable time, please email us with your name, contact info, order number and tracking number and the best time to reach you.

Lost password
If you have lost or do not remember your username and password, choose the Recover Password option. You will be asked for your email address, shortly you will receive the information you gave when you registered. If you need to change your username or password please contact us by email.

Exchange and Return Policy
We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise. If you would like to return an unused item, we will honor an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. The value of the exchange or refund will not include any shipping charges. An exchange or refund will amount to the total cost of the product plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Products that have been ordered with custom Embroidery or Personalization will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

To return an item, Contact Us including the first and last name of the purchaser, invoice number (order i.d. #), day time phone number, e-mail address, and reason for return. Upon receiving your return request email, Totebagwholesale.com will send you a reply with the return shipping address and an RMA number. Upon receipt of the RMA number, repack the items with care, enclose a copy of the original invoice, and return the package within 5 days via USPS, UPS, RPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. The RMA number MUST appear on the outside of all packages. Products returned without the RMA number clearly indicated will not be accepted.

We suggest you keep a tracking number from your return shipment for your records. Totebagwholesale.com reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy and will be stated here in this advisory.

Please note any orders over $10,000 are Noncancelable, Nonreturnable, and Nonrefundable once order has been paid.
